Technical Advisor - Toyota of Boucherville

Key Responsibilities

• Open and close work orders and follow up on interventions
• Prepare appointments for the next day and plan the day
• Manage the courtesy vehicle fleet
• Welcome calls, set and confirm appointments
• Follow up on parts on order and estimate repair costs
• Understand and apply manufacturer warranties, including prepaid maintenance plans; handle warranty extension requests
• Manage multiple computer platforms and ensure traceability of files
• Provide quality customer service and follow up with clients
• Participate in the sale of products and services related to maintenance and repair

Profile Sought

• Experience in the automotive sector (any position accepted)
• Passion for customer service and ease with the public
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple files simultaneously
• Knowledge of Serti (an asset)
