Main responsibilities

• Handle financing requests and work with banks and financial institutions for auto financing
• Guide the customer: identify the vehicle that best meets their needs and steer the sale based on financial criteria
• Maximize financing opportunities: propose and sell financial products (insurance, extended warranties, etc.)
• Assemble files: prepare and organize financing packages, ensure document compliance and administrative management
• Vehicle delivery: ensure fast and quality delivery
• Payment follow-up: ensure the files are unlocked with the institutions and monitor payments

Desired profile and skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience at a car dealership
• Ability to communicate in French and English to serve a bilingual clientele
• Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service mindset, and passion for sales
• Ability to work under pressure
• Professionalism, courtesy, and neat presentation
• Team spirit and ease of collaboration
