Your Responsibilities
- Lead financial activities related to customer credit, with a focus on second and third chance programs, and coordinate the sale of insurance, loans, and automotive warranties.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to optimize financing offers and related products.
- Analyze financial performance, establish forecasts, and support performance and growth objectives.
- Ensure compliance with credit practices, documents, and internal processes.
- Supervise and train the Credit and Financial Products team, promoting a customer-centered approach.
Desired Profile
- At least 1 year of experience in credit, with specialization or knowledge of second and third chance programs.
- Experience in selling insurance, loans, and automotive warranties.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service.
- Analytical mindset, rigor, and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- High level of integrity and adherence to rules and procedures.
- Relevant education in finance/accounting; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
