Your responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the daily activities of the workshop to meet operational priorities, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Distribute work among team members and monitor progress to optimize operations.
• Coordinate the reception, identification, storage, and handling of tires and components from mining sites.
• Track work orders and ensure documentation is complete for quick and accurate billing.
• Ensure employees have the necessary equipment, tools, parts, and resources.
• Participate in inventory control and ensure product availability for operations.
• Mobilize, supervise, and support the team while ensuring compliance with procedures, work methods, and quality standards.
• Manage attendance, schedules, and discipline in collaboration with the branch manager.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
• Act as a liaison between the workshop, counter, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and quality service.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.

• Experience in team management
• Experience in the commercial or mining tire industry (an asset)
• Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong planning and operational coordination skills
• Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
