Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily activities of the hydraulic workshop
• Track repairs, ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards
• Lead and motivate teams in parts and service departments
• Collaborate with clients and other departments to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Participate in the development and continuous improvement of hydraulic workshop services
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and internal policies

Profile sought

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (workshop foreman/supervisor)
• Knowledge of mechanics and/or heavy truck market
• Understanding of warranties and service processes
• Proficiency in computer tools (Office Suite and industry-specific software)
• Class 1 or 3 driver’s license (an asset)
• Team spirit, leadership, service orientation, and quality vigilance
