Job Description
Workshop Supervisor – After-Sales Service ALBI Hyundai Vimont Laval is looking for a Workshop Supervisor to join its after-sales service and lead the operational excellence of the department.

Main Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee workshop activities to ensure optimal productivity.
- Distribute work among technicians according to their skills and workload.
- Monitor repair progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide technical support to technicians and validate interventions.
- Maintain a high level of repair quality and minimize returns.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer procedures and warranties.
- Collaborate with technical advisors to ensure effective communication with clients.
- Participate in resolving complaints and customer satisfaction.
- Perform test drives to verify repair quality.
- Monitor service performance indicators and suggest areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the recruitment, onboarding, and development of technicians.
- Promote a positive work environment and team spirit.
- Ensure ongoing training of team members.
- Manage specialized tools and workshop equipment.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
- Perform other related tasks as requested by management.
Candidate Profile
- Relevant experience in automotive mechanics.
- Experience in supervision or team coordination (a major asset).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Motivational leadership and teamwork.
- Quality and customer service orientation.
- Good communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of manufacturer warranty procedures (an asset).

- Employment type: permanent, full-time.
- Schedule: daytime.
