Workshop Foreman / Automotive Supervisor

Location: Laval and surrounding area

We are looking for a Workshop Foreman / Automotive Supervisor to oversee the activities of our workshop, ensure the quality of interventions, and support the teams in the field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate ongoing work, ensure deadlines are met and interventions are of quality
• Plan and distribute tasks and available resources (personnel, tools, parts)
• Train and coach teams, share best practices, and promote skill development
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with applicable standards
• Track performance indicators and propose operational improvements
• Collaborate with other departments (parts, maintenance, after-sales service) to optimize workflows

Profile Sought

Experience

• Minimum 1 year as Workshop Foreman / Supervisor
• 3 years of experience as a Mechanic / Technician

License

• Valid driver's license

Skills and Training

• Proficiency in SERTI – Administration software
• Good computer skills (office suite and industry tools)
• Leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Team spirit and ability to prioritize
