Service Manager – Automotive Mechanical Workshop

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee our workshop and ensure technical excellence in our interventions. The holder is the technical and operational leader, ensuring quality, efficiency, and team cohesion.

Key Missions and Responsibilities

• Act as workshop foreman and technical reference for mechanics.
• Train, support, and assist technicians with the most complex work.
• Perform and supervise advanced diagnostics.
• Resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems.
• Check the quality of repairs before delivery.
• Act as a liaison between workshop technicians and front desk advisors.
• Validate diagnostics, repair methods, and recommendations.
• Organize and ensure the smooth running of work in the workshop.
• Share experience and develop team skills.
• Supervise planning and task allocation, meet deadlines, and ensure safety and hygiene.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive mechanics.
• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems.
• Pedagogical mindset, ability to train and coach a team.
• Good organizational skills, resourcefulness, and excellent team spirit.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders (technicians, advisors, clients).
