Chief Executive Officer – Auto After-Sales Department

We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to oversee our after-sales service department, optimize operations, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the service manager and the mechanical workshop foreman.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of technicians and technical advisors to achieve quality, productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Assess existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement concrete solutions.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Optimize workflow, appointment scheduling, and priority management to maximize workshop capacity and reduce turnaround times.
  • Ensure health and safety at work and comply with standards and regulations.
  • Manage warranties, operating costs, and departmental profitability.
  • Provide exemplary customer service and handle complex situations professionally.
  • Develop employee skills through ongoing training and promote a culture of excellence.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of management or leadership experience in an automotive service department.
  • Inspiring leadership, team spirit, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate staff.
  • Strong organizational skills, analytical abilities, decision-making capabilities, and knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).
  • Excellent communication skills and change management expertise.
  • Good command of management tools (DMS, CRM, warranties, SERTI or equivalent) and service operations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with the Sales, Parts, and Management departments.
  • Relevant training in management, automotive technology, industrial engineering, or equivalent. OHS training is an asset.
