Job Description
After-Sales Service Director
We are looking for an After-Sales Service Director to oversee a dynamic and results-oriented department. Reporting to the General Service Manager, you will play a key role in sales growth, optimizing the customer experience, and overall service performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach operational teams (technical advisors, appointment schedulers, and valets)
- Define and implement sales strategies (billable hours, recommended maintenance, cross-selling)
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience, from the first contact to vehicle delivery
- Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement plans
- Manage, motivate, and develop the team to achieve and exceed objectives
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and proactively handle complaints
- Optimize operational processes and ensure efficient resource management
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, parts, service, and warranty) to align objectives
Profile Sought
- Significant management experience in an automotive dealership, ideally in after-sales service
- Strong sales and business development skills
- Excellent customer service and user experience management abilities
- Mobilizing leadership with the capacity to achieve and surpass goals
- Experience in team management and development
- Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach
- Proficiency with computer tools (Serti/Keyloops and Office Suite)
