Job Description

After-Sales Service Director

We are looking for an After-Sales Service Director to oversee a dynamic and results-oriented department. Reporting to the General Service Manager, you will play a key role in sales growth, optimizing the customer experience, and overall service performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coach operational teams (technical advisors, appointment schedulers, and valets)
  • Define and implement sales strategies (billable hours, recommended maintenance, cross-selling)
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience, from the first contact to vehicle delivery
  • Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement plans
  • Manage, motivate, and develop the team to achieve and exceed objectives
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and proactively handle complaints
  • Optimize operational processes and ensure efficient resource management
  • Collaborate with other departments (sales, parts, service, and warranty) to align objectives

Profile Sought

  • Significant management experience in an automotive dealership, ideally in after-sales service
  • Strong sales and business development skills
  • Excellent customer service and user experience management abilities
  • Mobilizing leadership with the capacity to achieve and surpass goals
  • Experience in team management and development
  • Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach
  • Proficiency with computer tools (Serti/Keyloops and Office Suite)
