Service Attendant – Technical Shop (Terrebonne Ford, Terrebonne, QC)

Job Context Terrebonne Ford is looking for a Service Attendant to join its dynamic workshop in Terrebonne. This position focuses on technical maintenance and does not require direct customer interactions. Join a committed team, centered on safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and other preventive maintenance according to manufacturers’ specifications.
• Detect and report any issues during interventions after inspecting vehicles and their systems.
• Move and manage vehicles within the workshop and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and ensure service quality.
• Rigorously follow safety procedures and current quality standards.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the workshop and document completed interventions.

Routine Tasks

• Oil and filter changes
• Moving vehicles between departments
• Executing manufacturer’s preventive maintenance programs
• Tire and wheel installation
• Battery replacement

Desired Profile

• Minimum experience: 1 year in a similar role or automotive maintenance, or equivalent experience (e.g., tire and wheel installer)
• Good knowledge of vehicles and workshop equipment
• Understanding of safety procedures and quality standards
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Rigor, attention to detail, and ability to follow work orders
