Responsibilities

• Perform anti-rust treatment on light vehicles (cars and trucks) following manufacturer procedures and technical sheets.
• Apply safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment; keep the workshop clean and organized.
• Work as a team and communicate effectively with colleagues; quickly and accurately perform internal operations without direct customer interaction.
• Report any abnormalities, tooling or parts needs to the supervisor and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Move vehicles between department stations as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• No experience required: beginners accepted. Training or experience in automobile mechanics is an asset.
• Good knowledge of vehicles and equipment; ability to read and follow technical sheets and procedures.
• Understanding of safety procedures and standards; organizational skills and adherence to instructions.
• Team spirit and effective communication skills with colleagues.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, manipulate tools and parts, and follow hygiene and safety requirements.
