Job Description

• Open and close work orders
• Prepare appointments and organize activities for the next day
• Manage the courtesy vehicle fleet and ensure their availability
• Greet clients, answer calls, and schedule appointments
• Track ordered parts and ensure traceability
• Understand and apply manufacturer warranties, including prepaid maintenance plans
• Manage requests related to extended warranties
• Master multiple computer platforms and management systems

Desired Profile

• Experience in the automotive sector (any role)
• Passion for customer service and ease with the public
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Proficiency in computer tools and the ability to quickly learn new systems

What We Offer

• Schedule from Monday to Friday (5 days/week), no weekend work
• Competitive salary between $65,000 and $95,000 per year (depending on experience)
