Desired Profile

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably in customer service within the automotive industry.
  • Communication Skills: French required, English an asset.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Ford vehicles and after-sales services.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to quickly resolve issues and work under pressure.
  • Customer Service: Strong sense of customer service and ability to build trustful relationships.
