Nicoletti Tires & Mechanics, already recognized for its expertise and reliability, is looking for an Automotive Technical Advisor for its Sorel branch.

Your responsibilities

• Greet and advise clients to optimize their vehicle maintenance and longevity.
• Schedule, open, and follow up on work orders; appointment setting.
• Prepare repair cost estimates and recommend necessary maintenance.
• Order parts, accessories, and tires required for the work.
• Ensure clear communication and rigorous follow-up with clients.
• Participate in the sale of complementary products and services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Skills and qualities sought

• Strong knowledge of the role of a technical advisor in mechanics.
• Passion for the customer experience and ability to build trustful relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and effective stress management.

Working conditions and benefits
