Main Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and gather essential information about their vehicle
• Promote and sell mechanical maintenance services
• Write accurate estimates for labor and parts
• Explain to customers the work performed and associated costs
• Collaborate with the dispatcher to optimize workflow

Desired Profile

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a technical advisor
• In-depth knowledge of the automotive field
• Team spirit and excellence in customer service
• Holder of a valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer appointments and ensure follow-up on repairs
• Open and close work orders
• Develop accurate estimates
• Conduct regular customer follow-ups
