Automotive Technical Advisor – Repentigny Chevrolet Buick GMC
Location: Repentigny, QC
Our team is seeking a passionate technical advisor to assist our customers and contribute to the prestigious brand image of Repentigny Chevrolet Buick GMC. You will provide technical advice on Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC vehicles and help ensure customer satisfaction through your expertise.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcome customers professionally and guide them through the vehicle selection process.
- Analyze customer needs and offer suitable recommendations.
- Explain technical features of vehicles and answer questions.
- Collaborate with the after-sales service to ensure continuity and quality of service.
- Stay informed about new models, technologies, and financing options.
- Manage customer files and proactively follow up on business opportunities.
- Handle operational aspects of the role (appointment scheduling, work follow-up, repair cost estimates, opening/closing work orders, managing calls, customer service, and selling products and services).
Profile Sought
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while being an effective team member.
- Active listening skills and aptitude for proposing tailored solutions.
- Passion for automobiles and curiosity about industry technologies and trends.
Skills and Tools
- Proficiency with SERTI (Administration), Activix (CRM), and SDS tools.
