Your Mission

The technical advisor ensures communication between the clientele and technicians to guarantee high standards of customer satisfaction.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome clients and gather information about their vehicle
• Transmit relevant information to the workshop technician
• Communicate regularly with the client about the progress of the work
• Explain the nature of the work and associated costs
• Advise clients on recommended maintenance and its importance
• Optimize visits by proposing additional maintenance recommended by the manufacturer
• Open and close work orders

Profile Sought

• Customer service-oriented, with listening skills and empathy
• Sense of organization and planning
• Autonomy and proactivity
• Ability to work in a team

Your Qualifications

• Vocational Diploma (DEP) – Technical advice in vehicle maintenance and repair or equivalent (relevant experience)
• Knowledge of the SERTI software (an asset)
• Valid driver’s license
