Hyundai Île-Perrot – Service Advisor / Technical Advisor
Hyundai Île-Perrot, a member of the Autoforce Group, is seeking a Service Advisor / Technical Advisor to join its dynamic team.

Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the service department
- Open and close work orders
- Determine vehicle repair and maintenance needs
- Advise customers on maintenance, inspection and safety services
- Follow up with the customer regarding progress and completion of work
- Collaborate with various internal departments and external suppliers
- Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Qualifications
- Experience as a technical advisor or service advisor
- General knowledge of mechanics
- Excellent sales, organizational and customer service skills
- Good communication skills and a strong team spirit
- Good knowledge of warranty procedures and standards
- Ability to communicate in French and English (to respond to our English-speaking customers)
Requirements
- Experience: 1 year as a technical advisor
- Automobile driver's license
