Automotive Technical Advisor – Joliette Volkswagen
Join a dynamic dealership and become a key player in after-sales service. We are looking for a passionate, autonomous, and customer-oriented individual to provide high-level technical support and contribute to the team’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise customers on vehicles and services offered, with precision and attentiveness.
- Diagnose vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs or actions.
- Collaborate with the workshop to ensure smooth communication and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on work, open/close work orders, and prepare repair cost estimates.
- Manage appointment scheduling and telephone exchanges, while providing exemplary customer service.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on Volkswagen technologies and products.
- Share your knowledge with the team and contribute to a positive work environment.
Profile
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or in customer service within the automotive sector.
- Good knowledge of automotive systems and how they operate.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to resolve technical issues.
- Commitment to excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver’s license.
Skills and Tools
- Proficiency with computer tools (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of administrative software (e.g., SERTI – Administration) and ability to navigate management systems.
- Ability to produce repair cost estimates and clearly communicate options to clients.
