Technical Advisor – Luxury Vehicles (Jaguar, Land Rover, Bentley & Aston Martin)

Main Responsibilities

• Act as a technical advisor to customers on luxury vehicles and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Manage customer requests, ensure quality service, and maintain effective communication with the service team.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about the brands' technologies and innovations.
• Write and maintain detailed technical documents outlining recommended repairs and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients, foster loyalty, and promote future visits.
• Organize vehicle inspections and diagnostics based on complaints; coordinate technical opinions if necessary.
• Open and close work orders; schedule appointments and answer calls.
• Follow up with clients and keep accurate records of complaints and resolutions.
• Participate in office activities and sales of parts, accessories, tires, and wheels.

Profile Sought

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical role, ideally in the automotive industry.
• Passion for luxury vehicles and knowledge of Jaguar and Land Rover brands (additional knowledge of Bentley and Aston Martin brands is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
