Main responsibilities

• Greet and advise customers on their mechanical needs and tire installation.
• Propose solutions based on diagnoses made by mechanics.
• Order necessary parts and track their delivery (receiving, lead times, availability).
• Monitor maintenance, manage tires, and oversee storage.

Candidate profile

• Minimum of three years of experience in a similar position in the automotive sector.
• Excellent command of French and English.
• Knowledge of the Costar system: major asset.
• Team spirit, initiative, and ability to work under pressure.
• Passion for automobiles and capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to understand technical issues and communicate clearly with customers.

Experience and technical skills

• Experience: 3 years as a Technical Advisor.
• Software: Costar.
