Alex Pneu & Mécanique is a trusted reference, with 45 years of experience in the Plateau-Mont-Royal area. We offer comprehensive services in tires and mechanics and are looking for a passionate Automotive Technical Advisor to join our dynamic team.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers on their mechanical needs and tire installations.
• Propose suitable solutions based on diagnostics carried out by mechanics.
• Order necessary parts and manage orders (process managed by technical advisors).
• Monitor maintenance, tire storage, and operational flow on a site equipped with 16 service bays.
• Follow up on work, open/close work orders, and schedule appointments.
• Produce repair cost estimates and ensure customer service (phone reception, customer follow-up, etc.).
• Actively participate in selling products and services and customer loyalty efforts.

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within the automotive sector.
• Excellent command of French; operational English is appreciated.
• Knowledge of the Costar system is considered an asset.
• Team spirit, initiative, and ability to work under pressure.
• Passion for automobiles and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Skill in diagnosing technical issues and communicating professionally with customers.
