Job Offer: Automotive Technical Advisor – After-Sales Service

We are a dealership located in eastern Montreal, and we are looking for a passionate Automotive Technical Advisor who loves cars and customer service to strengthen our after-sales service team. The position holder must be motivated, diligent, quality-focused, and able to work as part of a team.

Your responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and determine their needs
• Gather the information necessary to identify repairs and/or maintenance required
• Prepare repair orders and schedule the service interventions
• Monitor the progress of work and inform customers of their vehicle's status
• Maintain good relationships with customers and staff; contribute to customer loyalty
• Perform any other related tasks

Desired profile

• Experience in automotive after-sales service (an asset)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Team spirit, autonomy and a focus on customer service
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and friendly environment
• On-site training possible
