Job Description

• Open and close work orders
• Prepare appointments for the next day and optimize the schedule
• Manage the courtesy vehicle fleet
• Greet calls, schedule and confirm appointments
• Follow up on ordered parts and ensure deadlines are met
• Understand and apply manufacturer warranties, including prepaid maintenance plans
• Handle requests related to extended warranties
• Efficiently manage multiple computer platforms (ERP/CRM)
• Contribute to an exceptional customer experience and the company's image

Profile Sought

• Experience in the automobile industry (any role)
• Passion for customer service and ease with the public
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, and autonomy
