Service Advisor – Magog

Your role Becoming the main point of contact between customers and the service department. You will provide a remarkable customer experience by ensuring thorough follow-up on maintenance and repair work, and by ensuring each customer's satisfaction.

Main responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their needs at the service department
• Advise on recommended maintenance and necessary repairs
• Explain the work, costs, and expected timelines
• Prepare estimates and repair orders
• Schedule appointments and coordinate work with the technical team
• Regularly inform customers about the progress of repairs
• Act as a link between customers and technicians to ensure accurate information transmission
• Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
• Document interventions and follow-ups in the management system (DMS)
• Comply with internal policies and safety standards

Desired profile Experience

• Minimum of 1 year in a similar position or in automotive after-sales service

Skills and qualities

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to simplify technical information and communicate it clearly
• Organizational skills, autonomy, and effective priority management
• Team spirit and a positive attitude
• Attention to detail and reliability

Tools and requirements

• Knowledge of DMS systems (an advantage)
• Valid driver’s license
• Availability from Monday to Friday (no weekend work)
• Relevant training or equivalent experience
