Location: Longueuil | Position Type: Permanent | Schedule: 5 days/week (Monday to Friday), no weekends | Salary: Starting at $60,000 per year

Main Responsibilities

• Open and close work orders
• Prepare appointments for the next day
• Manage the courtesy vehicle fleet
• Respond to calls and schedule appointments
• Follow up on ordered parts
• Understand and apply manufacturer warranties, including prepaid maintenance plans
• Handle requests related to extended warranties
• Manage multiple computer platforms

• Experience in the automotive sector (regardless of the position)
