Automotive Technical Advisor – Laval (full-time – permanent position)

Daily responsibilities

You will be at the heart of the customer experience — much more than just an advisor:

• Greet each customer with professionalism and authenticity
• Understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Clearly explain the work to be done and billing (without jargon)
• Manage work orders from start to finish with rigor
• Maintain constant follow-up between the customer and the workshop
• Advise on vehicle maintenance according to manufacturer standards
• Provide a service that exceeds expectations, at every visit
• Other related tasks as needed
