Join a dedicated and dynamic local team. The La Prairie Radial Tire Center is looking for a Technical Advisor to provide excellent service to our customers and contribute to workshop performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs regarding tires and vehicle maintenance.
• Advise on products and services (winter/summer/all-season tires, wheel alignment, balancing, mounting/dismounting, general maintenance).
• Diagnose issues and propose suitable solutions, clearly explain options, and prepare estimates.
• Prepare and present estimates; follow up on interventions.
• Collaborate with the technical team to plan interventions and achieve service and customer satisfaction goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop.
• Participate in training and knowledge sharing about products and techniques.

Profile Sought

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferably in a tire center or automotive environment).
• Excellent customer service and sales advisory skills.
• Basic technical knowledge of tires, mounting, and vehicle maintenance; ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Team spirit, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
• Motivated to learn and develop professionally; ongoing training available.
• Valid driver's license; availability to work according to the center’s hours.

• Follow-up on work and manage work orders (opening/closing).
• Appointment scheduling and handling calls.

Required Experience

• 1 year of experience as an automotive Technical Advisor.
