Technical Advisor – After-Sales Service at Joliette Ford Lincoln
Important Information At Joliette Ford Lincoln, we are looking for a passionate and determined technical advisor to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in customer satisfaction and providing exceptional after-sales service.
Your main responsibilities
- Diagnose technical issues with vehicles and propose appropriate solutions.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction throughout the service process.
- Work closely with the technician team to optimize repair times and service quality.
- Prepare accurate and detailed estimates, and clearly explain the work to be performed to clients.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Ford and Lincoln products and trends in the automotive market to better advise customers.
Profile required
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technical advisor or in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector.
Skills and qualities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trustful relationships with clients.
- Solid technical skills and genuine passion for automobiles.
- Team spirit and willingness to learn and improve.
Licence
- Valid driver's license.
