Automotive Technical Advisor – Joliette Ford Lincoln
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Technical Advisor to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in customer satisfaction and the quality of after-sales service.
Main Responsibilities
- Diagnose technical problems with vehicles and propose appropriate solutions.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction throughout the service process.
- Collaborate with the team of technicians to optimize repair times and service quality.
- Prepare accurate and detailed quotes and clearly explain the work to be done.
- Keep up-to-date with Ford and Lincoln products and market trends to better advise customers.
- Manage the follow-up of work, opening and closing work orders, and scheduling appointments.
- Participate in selling complementary products and services when relevant.
Profile Required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technical advisor, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trustful relationships with customers.
- Strong technical skills, driven by a genuine passion for automobiles.
- Team spirit, curiosity, and willingness to learn and improve.
