Job Description
Position: Automotive Technical Advisor – Subaru des Sources (Groupe Dilawri)

Main responsibilities
- Identify customers’ maintenance and repair needs and propose appropriate services
- Offer and promote after-sales services and preventive/maintenance measures
- Sell and communicate clear advice to the client
- Establish and maintain a trusting relationship with customers
- Evaluate maintenance costs, draft a work order, and ensure follow-up
- Perform tasks related to or requested by the Service Manager
Candidate profile – Qualifications and skills
- Relevant experience in sales and customer service
- Ability to communicate in French and English
- Customer service mindset, interpersonal ease, and passion for sales
- Ability to work under pressure
- Professionalism, courtesy, and neat appearance
- Team spirit and collaboration
Experience required
- 1 year as Automotive Technical Advisor (or equivalent position)
