Automotive Technical Advisor – Jaguar Land Rover West-Island (Dollard-Des Ormeaux)

Your responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers on the technical aspects of Land Rover and Range Rover vehicles.
• Diagnose technical issues and propose clear solutions, with associated cost estimates.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with the service teams.
• Explain recommended services and costs transparently.
• Follow up on work performed and maintain a trusting relationship with clients.
• Manage incoming calls, appointment scheduling, and client follow-up, while contributing to the sale of products and services.

Profile sought

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a technical advisor in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team while remaining autonomous.
• Good knowledge of systems and technologies of modern vehicles, with an affinity for Land Rover vehicles.
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset to quickly diagnose problems.
• Valid driver’s license.
