Your Responsibilities

As a Junior Technical Advisor, you will play a key role in customer satisfaction. Your tasks will include:

• Welcoming customers and informing them about the required maintenance.
• Writing and managing quotes and ensuring follow-up on workshop work.
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction (CSI).
• Managing calls, scheduling appointments, and providing cost estimates for repairs.
• Selling products and services while rigorously following up with clients.
