Compensation: $25/hour + bonus
Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday (advantageous Friday hours)

Responsibilities
- Manage internal requests related to the service department and ensure proper tracking
- Open, follow up, and close repair tickets
- Facilitate communication between the involved departments
- Support service advisors during peak periods
- Maintain a professional and efficient customer experience
- Conduct operational follow-ups to ensure the smooth operation of service activities
- Schedule appointments and prepare cost estimates for repairs
- Handle incoming calls and provide quality customer service
- Recommend and sell complementary products and services when appropriate
Desired Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technical advisor; sales experience is an asset
- Good knowledge of automotive service department operations
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Professionalism, rigor, independence, and team spirit
- Relevant training in the automotive field or equivalent experience
