Job Mission

Assist clients with their technical needs, diagnose interventions, and propose suitable solutions in collaboration with the after-sales team. Ensure repair follow-up, communicate timelines, and contribute to a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and assess their technical needs.
• Explain diagnostics, repairs, and estimated costs; propose appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and present service estimates; follow up on repairs and communicate timelines.
• Work closely with technicians and sales staff to optimize the customer experience and service times.
• Update customer records and ensure traceability of interventions in the workshop’s computer systems.
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety, adhering to dealership and industry standards and procedures.
• Follow up on work; open and close work orders; schedule appointments and answer calls.
• Customer service and client follow-up; sale of products and services.

Desired Profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or in technical customer service.
• Good knowledge of vehicles and automotive systems; relevant training is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Team spirit, analytical mindset, and organization; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
• Proficiency with computer tools and CRM/ERP processes.
