The Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to join a solid and committed team. Do you care about customer service, operational management, and teamwork? This opportunity is for you.

Main Responsibilities

• Greet customers and attentively analyze their needs
• Advise and sell appropriate repairs and maintenance
• Recommend preventative maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and condition, following manufacturer guidelines
• Open work orders, prepare estimates, complete records, and ensure billing
• Follow up on work to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction

Desired Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in the automotive or trucking industry
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal ease
• Ability to communicate professionally and listen to clients
• Autonomous, good judgment, and resourcefulness
• English considered an asset
• Knowledge of Gem-Car, AllData, or ShopKey software is appreciated
