Main responsibilities

• Analyze and manage complex credit files, including second and third chance cases, and propose suitable financing solutions.
• Prospect and develop the client portfolio through calls, emails, and targeted messages to support the credit department's growth.
• Support customers throughout the purchase and financing process.
• Negotiate with specialized financial institutions to obtain the best conditions for our clients.
• Present and sell a range of complementary financial products (insurance, guarantees, and auto protections) to optimize customer satisfaction and security.

Profile sought

• Proven experience in specialized credit, with exposure to second and third chance files.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the credit field.
• Customer service orientation and team spirit; a willingness to help others.
• Dynamism, proactivity, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Rigor, organization, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
