Sales Secretary – Premium Automotive (Montreal)

Join Decarie Motors Jaguar Land Rover Bentley & Aston Martin, a premium dealership based in Montreal. We are seeking a passionate and organized Sales Secretary to support our sales team and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Role Description

• Enter and update customer data in the CRM, follow up on leads, and generate operational reports on sales activity.
• Maintain filing and organization of documents, prepare supporting documents, and contribute to the optimization of administrative processes.
• Finalize sales files, manage schedules, and produce letters and administrative documents.
• Perform routine administrative tasks related to the sales department and ensure smooth communication with internal teams and clients.

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in secretarial work, ideally in the automotive industry or within a sales team.
• Excellent command of French; English is an asset and bilingualism is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot); knowledge of billing and document management software.
• Excellent organizational skills, customer service orientation, and ability to handle multiple files simultaneously with accuracy.
• Discretion, reliability, and professionalism; ability to work in a premium environment and communicate with demanding clients.
• Team spirit, stress management, and solution-oriented mindset.
