Your Responsibilities

• Manage the inventory of new and used vehicles.
• Ensure follow-up and maintenance of fleet and commercial vehicle files.
• Handle inquiries and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Prepare and organize administrative files related to financing and insurance (F&I).
• Support the vehicle delivery process and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Participate in closing activities and coordination between dealerships, as well as exchanges between dealerships as needed.

Profile Sought

• Experience in customer service or administration; experience in the automotive field is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
• Administrative rigor and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Skills and Tools

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
