Delivery Clerk / File Installer – Mascouche

We are looking for a Delivery Clerk and File Installer to join our team and ensure customer satisfaction during vehicle handover.

About the position

You will be responsible for professionally delivering vehicles while providing the necessary support to ensure the smooth functioning of the customer service and delivery operations.

Main responsibilities

• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Manage expenses related to delivery.
• Oversee the preparation of sold vehicles, ensuring that selected options are correctly installed and all features are functional (e.g., tinted windows, markings, mats, etc.).
• Plan and schedule installation tasks.
• Ensure the vehicle is ready for delivery (overall cleanliness, presence of the owner’s manual, etc.).
• Coordinate the delivery, collect payments upon delivery, and present the vehicle as well as the services offered by the dealership.
• Present vehicle features, explain warranties and services, and conduct satisfaction surveys.
• Quickly address problems or complaints and inform the sales manager.
• Actively participate in the follow-up and recall program to promote customer loyalty.
• Collaborate on various customer service-related issues and support sales managers when necessary.
• Perform other tasks as needed and directed by management.

Profile required

• Professional appearance and neat presentation.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role related to vehicle delivery and automotive customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Good organizational and delivery planning skills.
• Team spirit and excellent communication skills.

Conditions and benefits

• Compensation: between $20/hr and $25/hr, plus bonuses.
• Location: Mascouche.
• Availability and flexibility according to operational needs.
