Job Description

As an essential member of our sales team, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the sales management by performing various administrative tasks.
• Managing files related to vehicle transactions and exchanges between dealerships.
• Recording vehicle sales and purchases in our system.
• Processing commission sheets at the end of the month.
• Producing statistical reports on sales, inventory, and more.

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Compensation: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
• Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and directing clients.
• Managing the logistics of shipments.
• Ensuring the accounting of the daily SAAQ report.
• Performing various tasks, from cash management to producing administrative documents.

Required Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a Sales Secretary.
• Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, One-Eighty, CDK Global, SAAQClic, Activix - CRM.
