Job Description
Sales Director - Recreational Vehicles
We are seeking an experienced sales leader capable of leading and inspiring a sales team while actively driving sales in the recreational vehicle sector.
Location: Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and train the sales team; develop skills and sales performance.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets; monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Actively participate in negotiations and closing sales (new and used).
- Oversee the new and used vehicle sales departments; ensure alignment of channels and objectives.
- Manage inventory and vehicle purchases (auctions and online platforms) to support the sales strategy.
- Handle administrative aspects, budget management, and scheduling.
- Foster communication and collaboration with partners and dealerships.
- Evaluate vehicles and contribute to pricing and sales strategy development.
Profile Sought
- Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience; ideally in automotive or recreational vehicles.
- Natural leadership, initiative, and results-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with clients.
- Organized, autonomous, and proactive.
- Proficient with computer tools and CRM/ERP solutions used in sales management.
Skills and Tools
- Experience with commercial management tools and CRM.
- Ability to analyze performance indicators and adapt sales strategies.
