Position: Sales Manager

Grenier BMW is looking for a passionate Sales Manager dedicated to performance, leadership, and high-end customer experience. As a leader, you will maximize the performance of the sales department, ensure transaction profitability, and make a real difference on the sales floor. You will be at the heart of operations, guiding the team daily, supervising transactions, and systematically engaging with customers during vehicle purchases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all transactions (closing "T.O.")
• Assist customers in purchasing new or used vehicles
• Approve transactions according to Grenier BMW standards
• Accurately appraise trade-in vehicles
• Train and coach the sales team
• Optimize profits and close sales
• Ensure structured follow-up with customers in the dealership
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Actively participate in customer meetings
• Collaborate with different departments
• Contribute to a positive work environment

Desired Profile

• Expertise in closing and negotiation
• Minimum of 2 years experience in automotive sales management
• Experience with luxury brands (a plus)
• Strong customer orientation
