Sales Manager – VR Soulière Sherbrooke

Important Information VR Soulière Sherbrooke is a major player in recreational vehicle sales in the Sherbrooke, Quebec region. We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the commercial performance of our branch and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Analyze results and key indicators (KPIs) to optimize sales and profitability
  • Coach, motivate, and develop the sales advisory team
  • Design and monitor action plans to meet and exceed objectives
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience from first contact to delivery, including post-purchase follow-up
  • Collaborate with financing, after-sales service, parts, and administration departments to optimize the customer journey
  • Participate in recruiting, training, and evaluating team members
  • Optimize sales processes and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Manage inventory in collaboration with management and maximize sales opportunities
  • Develop business opportunities and actively contribute to the company's growth
  • Ensure operational smoothness of the branch and oversee the maintenance of premises and yard

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum experience: 1 year in sales supervision or team management, ideally in the automotive sector
  • Strong knowledge of sales issues (cycles, financing, after-sales service, parts, and warranties)
  • Proven leadership, results-oriented, excellent communication, and ability to motivate a team
  • Analytical, planning, and process optimization skills; proficiency with CRM tools
  • Strong customer focus and service orientation; ability to collaborate with various departments
  • Fluent in French; English is an asset
  • Relevant diploma and/or equivalent experience

Required Experience
