Sales Manager – VR Soulière Sherbrooke
Important Information VR Soulière Sherbrooke is a major player in recreational vehicle sales in the Sherbrooke, Quebec region. We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the commercial performance of our branch and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Analyze results and key indicators (KPIs) to optimize sales and profitability
- Coach, motivate, and develop the sales advisory team
- Design and monitor action plans to meet and exceed objectives
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience from first contact to delivery, including post-purchase follow-up
- Collaborate with financing, after-sales service, parts, and administration departments to optimize the customer journey
- Participate in recruiting, training, and evaluating team members
- Optimize sales processes and ensure compliance with company standards
- Manage inventory in collaboration with management and maximize sales opportunities
- Develop business opportunities and actively contribute to the company's growth
- Ensure operational smoothness of the branch and oversee the maintenance of premises and yard
Candidate Profile
- Minimum experience: 1 year in sales supervision or team management, ideally in the automotive sector
- Strong knowledge of sales issues (cycles, financing, after-sales service, parts, and warranties)
- Proven leadership, results-oriented, excellent communication, and ability to motivate a team
- Analytical, planning, and process optimization skills; proficiency with CRM tools
- Strong customer focus and service orientation; ability to collaborate with various departments
- Fluent in French; English is an asset
- Relevant diploma and/or equivalent experience

Required Experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales Director or in a similar role
