Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales director in the automotive sector (strongly preferred).
• Proven management skills.

• Ability to effectively lead and manage a team.

Note: You must be willing to work flexible hours, including some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and validate sales transactions.
• Coach advisers to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain effective liaison with the manufacturer.
• Apply and refine existing processes.
• Manage the sales performance of new and used vehicles according to the manufacturer's performance indices.

Financial Benefits

Key Tasks

• Purchase of vehicles (auctions and online platforms).
• Hiring and management of staff.
• Administrative and inventory management.
• Development and implementation of strategies.
• Supervision of vehicle sales departments (new and used).
• Evaluation and exchanges of vehicles between dealers.

Technical Skills and Tools

• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in software: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), SERTI, SAAQClic, Merlin, Activix (CRM), VAuto, SDS.
