Sales Director – Used Vehicle Department
Acura Montreal Centre, proud to have recently joined the Action Grenier Auto Group, is undergoing a transformation and beginning a new chapter under dynamic and ambitious management.
We are seeking a Sales Director for the used vehicle department. The position oversees the overall performance of the department and ensures planning, leadership, and follow-up of sales activities to achieve volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets, while guaranteeing an exemplary customer experience.

Main responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team of the used vehicle department
- Oversee assistant managers and key transactions
- Analyze performance and produce daily reports
- Follow up and provide reminders to customers presented at the dealership
- Maintain existing processes and deploy new ones if necessary
- Ensure achieving or surpassing the used vehicle sales goals
- Guarantee an exceptional customer experience, in accordance with manufacturer policies and internal procedures
- Work closely with finance, service, and executive departments
Profile sought
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a sales director or assistant director in the automotive sector
- Proven experience in sales management and leadership
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze departmental performance and act on key indicators
- Results-oriented and customer service focused, with strong multi-priority management skills

Specific tasks and responsibilities
- Closing sales (Closing / T.O.)
- Managing the commercial fleet and exchanges between dealerships
- Tracking exchanges and coordinating with internal and external partners
