Director of Used Vehicle Sales – Longueuil Mazda
Longueuil Mazda, a member of the Auto Longueuil Group, is seeking a Director of Used Vehicle Sales to lead a high-performing team and make an impact on the South Shore and in the greater metropolitan area. Join a committed team focused on performance and exceptional customer service, in the heart of Longueuil, at 60 Roland-Therrien Blvd.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the used vehicle sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Define and execute the used vehicle sales strategy (inventory management, pricing, promotional campaigns).
- Optimize the customer experience and ensure a high level of satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Manage the department budget, margins, and ancillary revenue (financing, warranties, parts and accessories).
- Recruit, train, and evaluate the sales staff; establish ongoing training and skills development programs.
- Work closely with the after-sales service and financing to deliver a seamless and frictionless experience.
- Analyze key metrics (conversion rate, inventory mix, net margin, financing rate, etc.) and present reports to management; adjust tactics accordingly.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing a sales team or in an equivalent role in the automotive sector.
- Proven experience in used vehicle sales and in team leadership; ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills; fluent in French; English is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and reporting systems; analytical mindset and results orientation.
- Customer service orientation, initiative, organization and time management; ability to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of the local market.

Minimum Experience
- 1 year as Director of Sales (or equivalent role) in the automotive field.
