Main responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the sales department, ensure the implementation of processes and guarantee exemplary customer service and a high level of satisfaction
- Support sales from negotiation to closing, in collaboration with advisors and after-sales service
- Train and mentor advisors to optimize their performance and ensure quality client follow-up; promote ongoing training through meetings and manufacturer programs
- Analyze and monitor performance, report to management and organize regular meetings
- Manage logistics and ensure the security of keys and vehicle availability
- Handle customer complaints and maintain a first-class client relationship
- Collaborate with the service director to quickly prepare vehicles for delivery
- Present monthly forecasts and performance reports to the general manager
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales, ideally in used-vehicle management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication in French and English (bilingual clientele)
- Advanced skills in selling, negotiation and interpersonal relations
- Organizational skills, attention to detail and exemplary customer service
- Ability to proactively solve problems
- Team spirit and commitment to collective goals
- Caring, effective and results-oriented approach
Experience
- 3 years or more as Sales Director
