The Position A dynamic and service-oriented Sales Advisor, responsible for guiding clients throughout their purchase journey and maximizing sales of new and used vehicles, as well as rentals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trusting relationships and understand clients' needs.
- Clearly and comprehensively inform about products and options.
- Guide the client through the purchase process and ensure demonstration and delivery of vehicles.
- Follow up with prospects and handle requests (phone, email, web).
- Renew rental contracts and encourage customer loyalty.
- Develop and maintain quality after-sales service.
Desired Profile
- Experience in sales and customer service preferred; team spirit and strong service orientation.
- Knowledge of BRP products (Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, Spyder) considered an asset.
- Ability to work independently while fitting into a team dynamic.

Schedule and Compensation
- Full-time position with one evening per week (Thursday or Friday) and one Saturday every two weeks.
- Competitive salary potentially reaching up to $110,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
Location
- Based in the Vaudreuil-Dorion area and surroundings.
